Who Voted No?

Senate Vote 289 on the Johanns Amendment number 2394 to prohibit the use of funds to fund the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and/or its subsidiaries pass with 85 YEAs, 11 NAYs, and 3 Senators not voting. Similarly, House Vote 718 On Motion to Recommit with Instructions for H R 3221 Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2009 passed with 345 AYEs, 75 NOs, 2 Present, and 11 Not Voting.

Interesting to note is that every single Representative who voted NO is up for election in 2010.

We’re attaching an Excel spreadsheet and an Open Office spreadsheet detailing the information about those who voted against removing federal funds from ACORN. These spreadsheets include 2008 primary industry funding sources.
